Sale of Property
2 to 4%
The commission depends on value of the property and whether you want to compensate buyer's sales rep with a commission. You are not required to pay buyer side and we can assist you in this process. Whether you wish to compensate buyer sales rep is seller's option. We will reduce our rate to accommodate a buyer sales rep commission and spell out our rates in our engagement with you.
As your sales rep, we will help you determine potential listing values, assist with getting your home ready and advertising and showing your property. We also guide you in the closing process.
Buyer Rep Commission
Flat or Hourly fee to 2.5%
We do provide a flat fee or hourly rate option if you wish to hire us on a daily or hourly basis or based on specific scope. We also work on a commission basis. As a buyer agent we will help you identify homes that maybe of interest to you and help you with potential prices you can use to make an offer. We can work with seller agent to determine the offer that can make sense. We will do comparable analysis on the properties to give you some guidance and help you with the closing process.
Leasing services
10% to 15%
The commission depends on who we are working for and type of property. Please contact us for further details.
Lease Renewals
$200 to $500 per lease
We will help you renew your leases and update your leases with your tenants. We will send new leases and get signatures from tenants for you. Lease rate depends on how many leases are to be renewed.
